Sizing is key for a neat installation. Single wall plates measure 6.75" wide x 2.75" tall, needing a clearance of 7" wide x 3" tall. Double plates are 7.75" wide x 4.5" tall, requiring 8" wide x 5" tall space. For triple plates, at 7.75" wide x 6.75" tall, ensure you have 8" wide x 7" tall clearance.
